Saddle Mountain Hike - The new flower

I was babysitting a couple nights ago and watched part of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Ever seen that movie? It's not too shabby. The last time I watched it I was on my way to Iceland, which was convenient considering half the movie takes place in Iceland. The main quote from the movie is: "To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other and to feel. That is the purpose of life." It is incredibly cheesy, I know, but I can't help but love it. Some times I love cheese, like bree and feta and cheddar and humbolt fog...ya know, that kind of thing.

Today I ventured to Saddle Mountain Ridge with a coworker/friend. Golly I love her. I love people. Okay here's why. Well, one reason. Everyone is so different! You think you know "people." Like how different can humans really be? You know one you know them all right...Nope! I don't know why I'm always so astounded by the uniqueness of people, just their sheer existence and same but different lives each person leads, but I am. Getting to know someone is like climbing a mountain you've never hiked, or finding a beautiful flower you've never seen.

This gal is like a new flower. I warned you I like cheese :)
